WHAT IS A MEDICAL INTERVIEW?
A Medical Interview is the final selection criteria for entry into medicine. Medical Interviews can make up a significant percentage of medical admissions criteria. In fact, many Universities weigh the interview at 50%. This means that an exceptional ATAR and UCAT score only get you to the entrance - your interview is your final and most important step to pushing through the doors!So why is it so important to prepare for them? Well, a medical interview is no ordinary interview. Medical interviews can range asking personal questions to asking you to interpreting scenarios and even summarise medical articles! The aim is to gauge how an applicant reacts to different situations that might arise in their medical education and careers. Being able to identify the question within the question is the real game of medical interviews - something that can determine if an applicant impresses or repulses during their interview.

Intense Mock Interviews
IntoMED provides realistic mock medical interviews at an affordable price, giving students the opportunity to regularly practise their interview skills. Each session also includes in-depth feedback from a Medical Interview Specialist with firsthand experience succeeding in a medical interview. IntoMED runs multiple mock interviews in a week that can be registered for (unlimited number of registrations). This is a great way to get intense practice in before the real thing!
